I also enjoy creating natural DIY recipes using essential oils and everyday household ingredients to help reduce toxic load and support overall wellbeing.
Kawakawa Balm

We keep a jar of this made up and any sign of a tickle or itch in your throat it’s amazing to sooth it. With the combination of honey with it’s antibacterial properties and essential oils that are anti inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial, anti fungal and antiseptic - it’s an amazing combo.
DIY Cream Cleanser
Three ingredients, super easy and quick to make! A great alternative to synthetic chemical options. This cream is great for cleaning, the lemon oil helps to cut through any grease or stains as well as being a natural whitener especially when added with baking soda

Making your own laundry detergent is super easy! A great way to detox your home and get rid of the chemicals you use by making your own.
Home-made Face Toner
The most super cheap toner with beautiful nourishing essential oils. Lavender - soothing, anti-bacterial, healing. Frankincense - anti-inflammatory, anti-wrinkle. Roman chamomile – promotes healing and soothing to all skin types. Witch hazel - Helps to rebalance skin pH, anti-inflammatory, contains polyphenol which acts as a protector from UV damage, helps to retain skins natural collagen and to tighten the skin.
DIY Deoderant
I have used baking soda for my deodorant for about the last 5 years, it took 5-6 days to get used to it but once I did I’ve never looked back! It’s easy to make your own! Here’s a recipe I love from @4everybody.co.nz
