A little about me, and why I believe holistic living is so important…
Holistic Health, and Me.
My wellness journey began in 2007 when I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease — an autoimmune thyroid condition that changed my world.
Rather than accept conventional treatments like medication or surgery as my only path, I chose a different way. I leaned into nature, adopting a plant-based diet, nourishing my body with whole foods and targeted supplements, and embracing detox practices, essential oils, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and a low-tox lifestyle.
Over time, I was able to reverse my symptoms and truly reclaim my health.
That journey not only transformed my life — it lit a fire within me to help others do the same.
Today, I’m an Integrative Health Practitioner with a deep passion for helping others take a root-cause, whole-body approach to their wellness. I use functional medicine testing to help my clients “test, not guess,” so they can finally understand what their body truly needs to heal and thrive. My mission is to empower others to make informed, practical, and holistic choices that support long-term vitality.
Wellness doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. I love sharing simple tips for everyday living — from whole food inspiration and natural remedies to DIYs, low-tox swaps, and the trusted tools I use to support my family’s health. My goal is to make holistic wellness feel doable, grounded, and accessible — not perfect, just aligned.
I believe true health isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about how we care for, support, and nourish ourselves consistently — mind, body, and spirit. When we do that, healing isn’t just possible… it becomes our natural state.
Alongside my work in holistic health, I also own a pole and aerial dance studio, where I’ve spent the last 12 years empowering women to build strength, confidence, and feel at home in their own skin. Supporting women to rise in both wellness and self-worth is something I’m incredibly passionate about.
“Just like a flowing fountain, our health needs a constant stream of nourishment, care, and attention. When we consistently give our body what it needs — just like a fountain that never runs dry — we allow vitality to flourish, and wellness to become our natural state”
