Easy Everyday Pancakes

Who’s tried the good old 1 banana, 2 egg pancakes?! Here our take on that version we’ve been making for many years – adding some extra flavour, protein and good fats .

Ingredients
1 Banana 
2 eggs 
1 tablespoon hemp seeds OR almond meal OR LSA
(you could add 2 tbsp of your choice & mix it up)
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
1 scoop vanilla protein - I use @achieveequilife DNS

Method
We make one large pancake! So quick and easy.

You could double the recipe and make two large pancakes if you were cooking for two people etc.

Toppings:
Coconut yoghurt 
Frozen blueberries or raspberries
Sweetener of your choice  (although to be honest with the coconut yoghurt and berries, it doesn’t actually need a sweetener!)
