Raspberry Chia Pudding
(2-3 serves)
Ingredients
1/2 cup chia seeds
1.5 cups water or coconut water
1 cup coconut milk (or 1/2 cup coconut cream & 1/2 cup water)
1 scoop vanilla DNS (approx 20g)
1 tbsp liquid sweetener
2-3 tsp raspberry powder
Mix the ingredients above and set in the fridge
1 cup Raspberry’s or strawberries (I used a 50-50 mix and gently simmered on the stove to make a puree)
Greek coconut yoghurt
Method
Make your desired layers and add freeze dried raspberries to top.
