Matcha Protein Fudge

Are you a matcha lover like me?

I created this fudge to get some extra protein goodness as well as having in the fridge for that little much-needed sweet treat, you would never know tasting it that it had a can of beans in it!

Ingredients
1 can cannellini beans
1/2 cup coconut butter 
1/4 cup honey or preferred sweetener 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1 scoop vanilla DNS protein (or any vanilla protein)
2-3 tsp matcha powder 
Pinch salt
2 tbsp melted coconut oil (add one more tablespoon if it’s a bit dry depending on your protein)

Method
Mix all ingredients together in a high-speed blender,  press into a load tin, set then eat straight from the fridge.
